Welcome to K&J Technologies LLC d/b/a Deliver Me! By using our delivery service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
1. Definitions
- “Service” refers to the delivery platform and services provided by K&J Technologies LLC.
- “User” refers to individuals, customers, and delivery drivers using the platform.
2. User Accounts
Users must register to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use the service for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include illegal activity, harassment, spam, or fraudulent activity.
4. Delivery Terms
- Orders must be placed via our mobile app or website.
- Pricing and delivery fees are communicated at the time of checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our refund policy.
5. Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers must meet our onboarding and screening requirements.
- Professionalism and timely deliveries are required.
- Compensation is based on active delivery volume and published payout structure.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. You agree to the associated transaction terms at the time of order.
7. SMS Notifications
By using our platform and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your orders, including pickup, delivery, and status updates.
You may reply STOP to opt out at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
- Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
